Mirasoon Birth Ready classes.
These classes are taught by Nicole, an experienced pregnancy and postpartum coach. It is a class that focuses on both physical and mental preparation for childbirth.
Every Tuesday evening, this is held from 16:00 to 17:00 at our Green Apple location.

What can you expect at the Birth Ready class?
Exercises to prepare your pelvis, pelvic floor, and muscles for childbirth
Practicing breathing techniques and rebozo
Ends with a meditation to prepare you mentally
All materials; yoga mat, ball, cushions, and blanket are provided.
No experience needed! The class is not very intensive; the focus is mainly on mobility and flexibility.
