Mirasoon Birth Ready classes.
These classes are taught by Nicole, an experienced pregnancy and postpartum coach. It is a class that focuses on both physical and mental preparation for childbirth.

Every Tuesday evening, this is held from 16:00 to 17:00 at our Green Apple location.

What can you expect at the Birth Ready class?

  • Exercises to prepare your pelvis, pelvic floor, and muscles for childbirth

  • Practicing breathing techniques and rebozo

  • Ends with a meditation to prepare you mentally

  • All materials; yoga mat, ball, cushions, and blanket are provided.

  • No experience needed! The class is not very intensive; the focus is mainly on mobility and flexibility.
