Mirasoon Birth Ready classes.
These classes are taught by Shauna, an experienced midwife and hypnobirthing coach. It is a class that focuses on both physical and mental preparation for childbirth.
This is given every Tuesday evening from 5:30-6:30 PM at our Green Apple location.
Exercises to prepare your pelvis, pelvic floor and muscles for childbirth
Breathing techniques and practicing rebozo
Ends with a meditation to prepare you mentally
All materials; yoga mat, ball, pillows and blanket are provided
No experience needed! The class is not very intensive, the focus is mainly on mobility and flexibility

All our massages are performed by our certified pregnancy masseuse Nicole, according to the highest quality standards.
